What types of experts does ASE work with?

The services offered by ASE are targeted at specialists and managers in the automotive industry and related fields with at least 30 years of work experience who in most cases are retired but wish to continue providing their knowledge and experience in return for commensurate pay within the framework of individual projects. You cannot be currently under contract with another company and you should be available for assignments on short notice.

How much does it cost to register as an expert?

Registering as an ASE Senior Expert is absolutely free.

Will I have ongoing costs in the form of an annual subscription fee or similar if I am listed in the expert database?

In a word, no.

Will I as an expert incur any costs if I am successfully placed by ASE?

No. The recruiting costs are assumed exclusively by the company that fills an open position.

Am I as a registered ASE Senior Expert required to accept assignments?

No. The decision of whether you wish to accept a specific offer that matches your qualifications is always yours alone to make.

Can I delete my entry in the expert database? Will there be a charge?

You can either deactivate the publication of your data in your profile or delete your entire account. You can do either at any time — of course without incurring any costs whatsoever.

How long will my expert information remain in the database?

Your data will remain in the database until you remove it or delete your profile. The only exception: in the event of abuse, for instance by prank applicants, we reserve the right to remove a profile from the database.

What happens to my information?

Your information is used exclusively for placing you with interested companies. Your data will not be used for any other purpose such as marketing or similar. The data are not publicly accessible. The data will not be forwarded to third parties for any purposes other than achieving a specific project placement.

How are my data protected?

Our database server has multiple levels of protection against unauthorized access.

Who will assist me if I have problems?

At our headquarters in Mannheim, Germany, Ms. Alexandra Champion is ready to assist our ASE Senior Experts with any eventuality or should you have any problems prior to or in relation to a placement or during registration. Furthermore, recruited experts always have a personal account manager who is responsible for them and whom they can always turn to in confidence. Problems that arise during the course of an assignment are best resolved by the expert with the respective hiring company directly.
