It’s easy — three steps to find the perfect interim manager
Step 1 — Briefing
The first step to finding the best candidate to fill your project vacancy involves a comprehensive briefing including a short outline of the project, the project objectives, and the qualifications that the expert should possess.
Step 2 — Research
After you have sent us your completed project inquiry, our next step will be to search our network of over 2,500 registered ASE Senior Experts based on the criteria you have specified to find suitable experts and determine their availability.
Step 3 — Selection
In the third step, we will send you within 48 hours of receiving your request a selection of suitable candidates so we can discuss their profiles with you. Should one or more of them interest you, we will arrange for a personal meeting at your location. This appointment will give you an opportunity to assess the professional and personal qualities of the candidates yourself.
The entire recruitment process is free of charge and places you under no obligations. If an on-site interview is arranged, the only costs incurred are the standard travel expenses for the expert (per-km charge if traveling by car or railway tickets).
